Armstrong
Armstrong was diagnosed with glioblastoma (brain cancer/stage 4) in Nov 2008. He fought with everything he had but lost his battle in April 2009 at the age of three.

We are in a fraternity that no parent wants to be a part of but we are united by helping one another through the stories of those that have fought cancer.
My Story
After my son passed away in 2009, I decided that I would honor my son by running. I keep his spirit alive within me. I have run at least one name in all 99 Iowa counties.I have run 3 marathons, 36 half marathons and countless other races. I am known as the #humanetchasketch and I use GPS to sketch names of those that are fighting childhood cancer. You can send a request to me for a name that you would like to see run/sketched.
